Important message for active participants!

License agreements must be properly filled out for your work to be included in the Abstracts Book!

📨 TWO copies of the agreements must be provided – either in person or sent via traditional mail.

✍️ Both copies must include the details of all authors and their handwritten signatures!

🥼 The supervisor’s signature is not required unless they are also an author of the work.
